Exchanges and returns policy

If you wish to return or exchange any product from our store, please send us an email to: legno.pt@gmail.com, no later than 7 days after receiving our order.

We only accept returns and exchanges if our product has no signs of use and is in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not make exchanges, because the products presented different tones and veins than what appears in the product purchase images, since each piece of wood is different and unique.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, and in the event of a refund, the money will be deposited in your account within a maximum period of 30 days.
